Custom solutions

We provide customized solutions tailored to the specific needs of your industry, helping you minimize costs and optimize water usage.

Our team conducts thorough pollution load analysis to precisely dimension the system according to your required water quality standards, ensuring efficient treatment.

Our systems cater to a wide range of industries, including breweries, water and pulp industries, textile cleaning, aquaculture, and more.

Technical information

With activated sludge technology ranging from 8-12g/l, the systems feature compact bioreactors, reducing the need for waste activated sludge removal.

For non-potable reclaimed water, energy consumption ranges from 1.5-3 kWh/m3.

For potable reclaimed water, it ranges from 4-6 kWh/m3, ensuring efficient operation and reduced environmental impact.

Use case 01

Lindström Kohila textile service facility

Lindström required a sustainable solution to reduce water and energy usage in textile laundering.

The implemented system treats and recycles wastewater through advanced membrane bioreactor and reverse osmosis technologies to ensure constant potable-quality water for operations.

The new system significally lowers operational costs and environmental impact, achieving full ROI within 5 years.

Use case 02

Rappin paper edge protectors factory

The old anaerobic wastewater treatment plant and flocculation process did not provide sufficient effluent quality.

Our goal was to implement a containerized system to treat the paper factory's wastewater and reuse water for paper edge protectors production.

The first phase of the project is one 40ft containerized MBR system treating and reusing 60 cubic meters of wastewater daily.
